Understand your mileage allowance and how overage fees are calculated.

Mileage Packages
Peepoos offers rental subscriptions with set mileage packages. Each booking includes a defined mileage allowance for the rental period. Your included mileage is displayed on your booking confirmation.
Mileage is tracked via the vehicle odometer.
Odometer readings are recorded at pickup and return to calculate total miles driven.
Mileage packages are non-transferable between bookings and do not roll over. Unused miles from one rental period cannot be applied to a future rental.
Mileage Overage Fee
Overage Fee: $0.25 per mile over your included allowance
Miles driven beyond your package allowance are charged at the per-mile overage rate. This fee is automatically charged to your card on file at the end of your rental.
The total overage charge is calculated as: (miles driven − package allowance) × per-mile rate. Overage fees are non-negotiable and will be charged without separate notice.
How Miles Are Counted
Odometer reading is recorded when you pick up the vehicle.
Odometer reading is recorded again when the vehicle is returned.
Total miles driven = return reading minus pickup reading.
Any miles in excess of your package allowance are charged at the overage rate.
If you dispute a mileage reading, you must raise it at the time of return — disputes after the vehicle leaves Peepoos's possession cannot be honored.
Monitoring Your Mileage
Subscribers are responsible for monitoring their own mileage during the rental period. Peepoos does not provide real-time mileage tracking notifications. Plan your trips accordingly to avoid overage fees.
If you anticipate exceeding your mileage allowance, contact Peepoos before your return date to discuss upgrade options if available. Retroactive mileage package upgrades are not permitted after the rental ends.
Odometer Tampering
Tampering with a vehicle's odometer is illegal and a serious breach of the Rental Agreement. Any evidence of odometer tampering will result in immediate termination of the subscriber's account and may result in criminal prosecution.
Peepoos reserves the right to charge the subscriber for the full estimated cost of damages, lost rental revenue, and any legal fees incurred as a result of odometer tampering.
