Minimum Age Requirement

To participate in the Peepoos Rental Program, all subscribers — including Primary Subscribers and Additional Drivers — must be at least 25 years of age at the time of application and at every subsequent rental.

This policy applies to all vehicle types across all Peepoos locations. Peepoos does not offer young driver exceptions or surcharges — the minimum age is a hard requirement.

Driver's License Requirements

All subscribers and authorized drivers must hold a valid, unexpired U.S. driver's license that authorizes vehicle operation in the relevant jurisdiction.

What Is Not Accepted

Additional Drivers

Any person designated as an Additional Driver on a Peepoos account must independently satisfy all age and license requirements. Additional Drivers must be approved by Peepoos before operating a Peepoos vehicle.

Peepoos reserves the right to revoke authorization for any additional driver at any time if they no longer meet the eligibility requirements.

Only properly licensed, active subscribers and approved additional drivers may operate a Peepoos vehicle. Unauthorized drivers void all liability coverage under the Rental Agreement.

License Verification

At vehicle pickup, subscribers must submit a photo of their valid driver's license and a selfie for identity verification. Peepoos may periodically re-verify license status during the subscription period.

If Peepoos discovers that a subscriber's license has been suspended, revoked, or expired during the rental period, Peepoos may immediately suspend access to all vehicles and terminate the subscription without refund.
